Youth Combined Camp (7-11 year olds)

Since this will be the last Kids/Youth Culinary Camp for the summer season, we hope to round up the children who didn't get to come to the previous summer camps. Beginning on Tuesday, our MCTC chefs will once again teach the culinary skills needed to complete everything from hors d'oeuvres to dessert! We will be culminating the week on Friday, with Graduation, and a "tasting" that you have prepared for your family. On Friday, you will earn your Center for Culinary Arts Certificate and your own MCTC chef coat. (On Friday, parents arrive at 12:00 p.m. for "tasting" and Graduation, ending at 1:00 p.m.)
