Youth Culinary Camp (10-13 year olds)
Our Youth Culinary Camp consists of semi-advanced training with our Culinary Chefs. You will be learning culturally challenging recipes that cover hors d'oeuvres/appetizers, entrees, and upscale desserts! On Friday, you will earn your MCTC Center for Culinary Arts Certificate, along with your own MCTC chef coat, by completing a comprehensive culinary final. This final will showcase your talents by preparing a "tasting" for your family. The "tasting" will be on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Course Time: Tuesday - Thursday - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ( Parents arrive on Friday at 12:00 p.m. for "Tasting" and Graduation Ceremony, ending at 1:00 p.m.)
